How long does shipping take?
Our delivery times are typically 3–5 working days nationwide. Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and then handed over to trusted couriers like PostNet or Aramex. You’ll receive a tracking number within 1–2 business days so you can follow your order every step of the way.

What are the sizing pecs of my order?
Sizing details are provided on each product page under the “Product Specifications” section. We include dimensions, weight, and size charts (where applicable) to help you choose the right fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to our support team before placing your order.
I'm having issues placing an order.
If you’re experiencing problems at checkout, please try the following:

If the issue continues, don’t worry — simply contact us via WhatsApp or email and our support team will help you complete your order.
I'd like to return or replace my order.
We offer free shipping on all orders, but please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (R120) (unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect).
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Simply contact us with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.
